Our Development Process
The following information will
cover the steps we go through to create your site. Depending
on the project's scope, most or all of the Web Development
Life Cycle process you see below will be implemented.
We outline and detail the project
First we will collect and review the information you've
submited through our Web Site Definition process. We will
arrange a telephone conference, or in some cases a personal
meeting, to better understand your marketplace and how to
represent your company on the Internet. Then, if we haven't
already done so, we'll prepare a quote and contract agreement.
We design the template
From the signing of the contract we begin designing your
site. Web sites can take between 2-6 weeks depending on
complexity. Usually within a week we will have an initial
template preview ready for you to look at. This will give
you the look and feel of the web site. Once this is approved
by you, we will then proceed with the development of the
site.
We create the site
Now we create the actual site. The content, hyperlinks,
and site structure are all designed and coded. When this
phase is complete the site will be fully functional. This
is the beta version of the web site. It is again posted
for your approval. You'll advise us of any corrections that
need to be made to the original material. Anything that
you want to add that wasn't agreed upon originally will
be quoted separately. Corrections to the site are then made.
Correction times can not exceed 10% of the total original
creation time.
After the corrections have been made, the site will be posted
for one final review and then transferred from the preview
area to your domain.

design process click here.
Payment Process
We require 50% of the quoted
work to be paid before the work begins. This information
is outlined in the contract agreement and protects both
parties' interests. The remainder of the balance is to be
paid upon delivery of the contracted work.
Web Site Marketing
We offer limited online marketing
for your site. After the completion of the site, we'll submit
your site to the major search engines and directories: Yahoo,
Google, Infoseek, Hot Bot, Excite, Alta Vista, AOL, Webcrawler,
and Lycos. This submission is only done once, and placement
can not be guaranteed. We specialize in development. Though
we are skilled at search engine optimization, we are not
promotional experts. We can refer you to a suitable marketing
company if needed.
Self Promotion
Much of your web site promotion can be incorporated into
your existing marketing strategies. Be sure to add your
web address to your Yellow pages listing, storefront sign,
letterhead, business cards, brochures, promotional flyers,
TV ads, etc. The search engines are important, but they
are a passive form of marketing. To access your site, someone
has to be actively looking for your company, products, or
services on the search engines.
Also, make sure that all of your employees know your web
site address and content. Make your web site an integral
part of your business.
